Cheddar bagel toasted and lightly schmeared with lite cream cheese. Sorry still watching my figure!

I'm actually not a huge fan of sweet muffins. I just think if I'm gonna have cake I might as well have a cupcake XD
having said that, I had a really good muffin from my friend who works at a cafe. It was raspberry and white chocolate... great combo.

I love super moist, dense carrot cake cupcakes with not too sweet but VERY creamy cream cheese icing! mmmmmm

Mom, Bear Husband's mother, used to make homemade English muffins. They were so good! We also like Thomas' Original but not the whole wheat. Haven't tried the multi-grain.
