What's on Your Mind
Was able to get a car that wasn't to bad of a price. A lot better gas mileage also. One less thing to stress about! Big Grin

Glad that stress is in the past for you.  In the last year or so I've had to trade in an old car and then had two cars totaled while sitting parked and the persons responsible fleeing the scene.  Have grown to dread the thought of cars!  Safe driving to you.
I bid NO Trump!

Gosh, that doesn't sound like fun at all! I really don't blame you for feeling that way. it is things like this why I still haven't found the courage to take up driving.

So you have transit to get around, @Cridders88?  We Americans are addicted to our damned cars.  I used to be able to ride the bus to work, but that was only for a relatively short time out of my working years.  Transit here is lame.  @Meebs, do you have it?

My town is quite well linked with various places in the country by train and bus yeah. Also Toby drives if we want to go anywhere else. I also walk and cycle a fair bit Smile.

Cycling and walking sounds a lot healthier (and less expensive) than driving.  Keep it up!

That is true...and this is confusing to read Tongue

I wish there were bike lanes or something other having to drive....Unless you're in a city like New York public transit isn't really there. Atlanta has Marta, which some surrounding counties didn't want it to expand...basically because they're racist. Up here, there is a county provided transportation but it is primarily aimed for the disabled and the elderly. But yeah, I normally drive 2,000-3,000 miles a month. Heck if I want to go for a walk I have to drive somewhere. I wouldn't dare walk along the road around here.

Do you wash your arms with soap? If yes, make sure you rinse and rub the soap off extra thoroughly. That might help.

Never really experimented with soaps over the heat rash. Only get it in the summer time. For a while I thought it was something to do with sun exposure because that's when I usually get it but if I sit in front of a camp fire I also get it. Does seem to get better as the seasons goes...hard to say for sure.
