@Chase I think you focus on the negative things that people do. There are plenty of good things that people do everyday, even things so little as just being polite to a stranger for no reason at all. Are there sociopaths and narcissists around? Sure there are, you could even argue that it is more prevalent in today's society. We seem to focus on the bad things that people do because it is sensational, we don't as often talk about all the good things people do.

The "plenty" of good things that people do everyday is a grain of sand on the garbage island that is humanity. 99.99999999999999999999999% of humanity is either narcissistic, masochistic, sadistic, sociopathic, or psychopathic.
