video game help!

i need help rembering this ps1 game i use to play on a demo-disc that came with final fantasy 7. the game had a character with these robotic/cyborg arms and i think white hair and could place various types of mines the damage enemies with. the first level took place at what looked like a church and had a boss battle with a hover tank. the second level i think took place on a space station and had a boss that was a four-legged mech. someone please help find the name for this game.
