There is one missing.
The Law of Busy Roads -
If you look out of your window and see an empty road before you are about to leave, the road will instantly fill up the moment you arrive to cross it. Further more, the busyness will be confined to one side of the road, AND THEN the other, as opposed to it all being over and done with at the same time.
