I remember when I was a little boy, we would go and visit my grandparents at the family Ranch in Wyoming. My brother, sister, and I would wake early, climb the stairs to where my grandmother would be cooking in the pre-dawn atmosphere of her kitchen. We would sit and talk with her, drinking hot apple cider and listening to one of the classics of country western music:
