An enema with some lube (KY's the best for this) works. the second time just push in a dollop let it sit and spill it out in about a couple of minutes, that makes everything that's still inside stick to the walls.
As for me, we usually switch. For some reason, I've never had a problem with poop (unless I'd filled up on a really heavy meal beforehand). Even if anything ever spills, we love each other too much to make a big deal out of it, we usually laugh it off, use some anti-bacterial and move on.
That too, afterwards.
There was this one time that we both fell asleep, with me still inside him... nothing spilled, but my poor peepee was squished by his ass trying to prevent spillage.
