I've had a few favourites in the past..
Alec Mapa is really funny, I can totally relate seeing as he's both Filipino and gay. But as of late I've been loving Vice Ganda http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vice_Ganda. His stand-up stuff is only in Filipino, and it's really hilarious
