What made me happy today - my new therapist didn't trow me out. He even said that I can come again in two months :biggrin: I doubt I will do that after such a long time, but I am ok with that.

Today whilst walking home, I couldn't help thinking how blessed and happy I am ever since I lost my weight. My health has vastly improved. My appearance has completely changed for the better. My attitude becomes sunny and positive. My future becomes much brighter now.

I'm happy that I listened to myself to lose weight.

And I'm also happy to experience puppy crush with the train guy and to have a good friend like Daz.
