Well...I do support both dfiant and also Andy's decision. I used to remove people from the bar when they became aggressive or hostile...they would chase everyone away if I didnt' take care of it. As a business owner I have had to get rid of people who caused problems with everyone else around them....

I get that, I am admin of two forums myself. I just never saw him getting into fight or insulting people before and I read every post excluding political ones, so I assume it was just that one thread.

Well......in the end I think that the site owner who really incurs the cost of running the site has the final word and I respect that...this is alot of work and money to provide this site and I think that the tone of the site is important and should reflect what the site owner wants. I know one very long standing member (marshlander) left already in part before due to the same person and in my opinion he was one of the most interesting and decent people I had ever read on the Internet so it was quite a loss to the community and me personally.

I have nothing personal against Inchante...he was also very interesting. I noticed on many occasions he was condescending and rude toward alot of different people and I do know that if you behave in that manner you have to expect people to react. How each of us responds to that kind of attitude is as different as each one of us.

Right time for Aunty to say something... Firstly andy my condelences are with you and your family on the loss... Secondly aimed at the forum Inchante did something that was unacceptable and abuse towards another member i right agree shall not be tolerated... I feel that if Inchante wishes to come back onto the forum and wants to gain respect then inchante could actually start by apologising to Andy as he is a good site owner and even though i dont know andy personally despite us living in the same town he has created a successful vibrant forum with alot of love to give to new and old members...

Now whether things have gone good or bad i would like to encourage members of gayspeak to just spend five moments out of your life to apologise because deep down we dont want to see members leave or see any persons being hurt... If it is a joke thats gone to far or an insult directed it is easier to forgive forget and move on than to caused hatred... I think that alot of people here have got respect for one another however the question is how many members would be willing to apologise for being in the wrong...

Now gayspeak has no offical moderators however when it comes to keeping law and order here to try to ease the burden i do show concern because i want to see a friendly forum with a good atmosphere... How will new members rate this forum if all people do is allow others to abuse them and have it posted here... Inchante if you are ever able to view this please take on board aunties advice and think about writing to andy and apologising if he chooses to give you a second chance then at least value it with everything because i can gurantee you that you are not able to find a forum as friendly as this anywhere in the internet. I think that over time you may come and you may go but whatever you do if you dont change the way you behave towards andy and other members you may find that your get banned from forum to forum..

I did hope to never see soemthing like this and the infraction i would like to be used not as a weapon but as a tool.. Just because people may not get along with another doesnt warrant a direct infraction towards another person because one complaint too many could see someone go that shouldnt go.. I would like to ask if anyone here has ever been offended by something ive said whether it be the odd swear word or the odd comment please dont hesistate to contact me directly via gayspeak so things can be resolved and i can apologise...

Now please people no more fighting on here because at the end of the day we are a loving valuing virtual family where we look after one another and over time the forum will grow

if Inchante is let back onto gayspeak this will have been his third time. I was around for his first time and can say he mellowed out the second time around. He is s super intelligent guy.
