300 calories of cup of noodle.

It has been suggested that I start counting calories and aim for 2000+ a day, which is odd because people who count calories are usually trying to lose weight. Rolleyes

i didn't really count calories when i wanted to lose weight . now that i have to maintain my weight i have to be really careful about calories and things ... it's annoying ~

For me its a matter of eating enough thus to gain weight or at least halt this slow wasting away I have been doing. I eat until full, but now I see that that means half a hamburger and I am full - I guess my stomach shrunk a bit more than I care to admit over those months of hell.

i find it very very difficult to tell the difference between feeling hungry and just feeling a bit sick ~
i've been severely anorexic for most of my life . i'm supposed to eat enough to maintain my weight at roughly what it is at the moment ~~
