Stuffed bell pepper (stuffed with meat), Stuffed Acorn squash (stuffed with cranberry raisins) and a wanna be rice pilaff sort of deal.... Which had onion, carrot, bell peppers, celery, chopped up finely and added to it.
No added salt, no added sugar, low cholesterol, limited Vitamin K... yeah I think it was a well balanced meal.
