Therapists may have seen too many mental illness patients that they are not very sure what a healthy man should be.

That's like saying that we all should be "normal," there is no such thing, we are all obscure in our own way, even the person who has a good healthy grab on life still has their own quirks and problems. Really this same person can find problems in their own life they may seek help from a therapist because they are unable to resolve their problems. More so what I find ( as I have worked with therapists) is that they don't judge, they don't have the view that everyone they see is crazy (I sure ain't crazy) but that there are perceived issues that their patients need help with. Whether it is self esteem, or whatever it may be
