The only situation when size is problem to being a top, is if the guy is too fat and his penis is small.

About 15 years ago I met this couple. A tall, pretty muscular 'butch' (straight acting/masculine) guy and his 'fluffy' short, thin, very Nelly queen type. They met and moved in about 5-6 years earlier than when I met them. They are still together 20 years in a deeply committed relationship.
There is one thing that they have made clear through the decades - The one that you think is the top in bed is a 'helium heels' (their term) and the one that you would think would be on the bottom is a total top.

Judging by your pictures no, I have had problems personally with being to skinny to be a bottom with men who have larger than average privates. My skinny little body doesn't have the structure to enjoy such a physique. So, there is always sucking and mutual masturbation.
