Director, Thinker, Socializer, or Relator.. which are you?

Although I don't like labels, I figured I would share this with everyone. We discussed this in our seminar class today and I was amazed at how close it described personalities. It's not perfect by any means but it was fun to assess the type of personality I possessed using this system.

I'm more of an open/ indirect type of persona. I would consider myself a Relator.
Relators are empathic and get along with just about anyone. They are particularly known to be great listeners :biggrin:

I'm interested in finding out what everyone's personality is according to this system.

Way too general, especially considering the way people grow as they mature. If I had to say then I'd be somewhere between director and thinker, but not anywhere near as introverted as either. which makes it...utter tosh.

Their weakness is that they are ‘yes man’ and think that ‘others are always right’.

The Libra in me balances all that out. I am what could best be described as a anti-disestablimentarianist, I go against the grain and definately do not accept what other think or say as gospel. I always question and people are only right if they prove they are right, including myself, and if I am wrong I admit it and look for something closer to right until my mind changes again.

Definately not a director or a socialiser.

Perhaps a touch of thinker, but definately more so a relator.
