I take tablets if I've got a headache or that kinda thing, but I never exceed the stated dosage (I did it once by accident just with paracetamol and spent most of the day zonked-out on the couch !! I'm such a lightweight !!!!!), and I try and avoid taking them unless I really don't think it's gonna get better, or I can't grab a kip or what have you ...
I hope everybody (including me) that's feeling bleh at the moment feels better soon !!!
