How is called that breed of cats who have all white fluffy fur, pink ears and nose, and green/blue eyes? I love all cats but always wanted one like this .

Many breeds can get pure white cats... and many white cats with blue eyes seem to have a genetic link with being deaf.

Were you thinking of a white Persian Longhair tho...? Which fits the fluffy characterisitic.

I didnt know they could be deaf. Persian Longhair are cute too but are they more aggressive than average or its a myth?

According to my book on cat breeds (I have the dog one too! lol), they're one of the most placid around, so it sounds like wherever you heard about their aggressiveness was indeed a myth.
