Yes, I've noticed that Aneros could worsen the symptoms, so I've locked it in the closet.
I've never used a dildo, so let's see. If a dildo doesn't work for me either, then I probably need to wait until I meet a man to offer me a "softer" and "less invasive" one:biggrin:
