I would hope that this rediculous law gets struck down by the court but then again I was shocked by the court's decision about President Obama's healthcare law too so I don't know how much faith I have in the current court.

according to experts in the article; the earliest the Supreme Court could get to the issue would be September - November. The danger is that it is a play to distract the voters from the economy more than anything else?????
