1st challange to NY gay marriage fail

A New York appellate court just tossed out a lawsuit ( ironically by a grouped named "New Yorkers for Constitutional Freedoms" ) that, if successful, could have killed New York’s one-year old same-sex marriage law.

That's good to hear! Even before I came to grips with being gay I supported gay marriage. Hopefully one day every state will allow it.
