I can think of several reasons why this is a really bad idea:

Mononucleosis
Epstein-Barr virus (EBV)
Cytomegalovirus (CMV)
Streptococcus
Herpes Simplex Virus-1 (HSV-1) (Cold sores)
Coxsackie virus (Hand, foot, and mouth disease)
Meningococcal disease

All of these can be passed from person to person via lip contact when the infected person isn't showing signs or even knows they are infected.

And we are not even including the plethora of influenza viruses and of course the nasty common cold.
