You would be surprised about how often that happens in scientific research..I have seen it in papers, although I have never been desperate enough to do it myself...that, and I do have scientific work values

I have yet to see a 2000 Dalton peptide in a polyacrilamyde gel, and I loaded into the gel a pure synthetic 2 kDa peptide I made myself..it doesn't get retained..and yet there's this miraculous paper that managed to show a 2kDa peptide from a bacterium...

really? a peptide produced in fentogram amounts by a bacterium can be seen but no the micrograms I loaded???? seriously, 1000000 times less than what I loaded can be seen?

yeah, well, I did make acetylsalicylic acid and acetaminophen back in the day..now I just dedicate to antimicrobial peptide synthesis..
