Classic male behavior, I'd say he wants something but is afraid that you would normally say no and is trying to sucker you into accepting whatever request he might make. You can determine how expensive whatever he wants is by how much he goes out of his way to be unusually helpful :biggrin::tongue:

Not that anyone cares, but a friend of mine died today from hepatic cancer and I am bummed.
