Had coffee (finally)
Painted the spade for my lover
Got retail therapy at the camping gear shop,
also replaced all the seals on my gas cooker plates.
Went to plastic world and bought me a washing machine for R11 +- 1 dollar,
Had a picnic at the local dam, watched ducks getting it off, wondered why I ain't getting any,
Browsed round 2 muncipal tips, my haul:-
about 20m of nylon belting, the type used on boat hand winches, now I can replace the rope on the hand winch on my bush trailer with belting, much better suited and gives me 30m of 10mm ski rope to use,

7 videos with kiddies movies, x men and x men 2 all for the farm,

an ornate door knocker, for the farm

A small 1930 -40 pressed glass, art deco vase which I've given to my kindly, elderly neighbour,

an expensive 25mm paint brush,

a 10m extention chord for +- 2dollar's, and

a house of york paper towel holder
I only paid for the extention chord, mile:

(the dudes at the dump are drunk and don't give 2 hoots, that's why I go in the late afternoon):biggrin:

Got home, tested my gas cooker plates, all work, but one needs the threads cleaning up (it screws on very hard)

Put the painted spade back on my lover. See photo's in my album, the original one was stolen off :mad:

Then, had a pie, watched WWE, while washing my "smalls" in my new 1 dollar washing machine

Best hand washing machine I've ever owned.

A clear plastic bottle, 100mm square and 200mm high, with a screw on lid.
Put in bleach, small amount of soap powder, shake, add, socs / boxers / dishcloths, add hot water, screw on lid and shake.
allow to soak
carry on until smalls clean.
empty
add clean water, close and shake to rinse
Voila! a 1 dollar washing machine
bye now

Not that anyone cares but sorry for worrying you all. I guess it was from being overly tired. I fell asleep last night and slept for 9 hours and feel much better.

I strongly suggest that with the diabetes you talk to the doctor about these sleep issues. Diabetes is one of those conditions that responds well to regular sleep.

You haven't been feeling well lately -headaches, lack of sleep, and other issues you have mentioned. Its time to see a doctor. Yes I know, its one of those do as David says not as David does situations :tongue:
