NTACB - Meebles - Meebles, Meebles - this self destructive path you are on is self destructive behaviors which you may not be fully cognizant of. I have to wonder if all of this stuff you have (and have not) been doing lately isn't a subconscious attempt on your own life.
I would strongly, urgently, suggest you speak to your doctor about everything - the missed pump refills, the lack of sleep, the anxiety, sadness, etc. Seriously the longer you ignore this sort of thing the worst things get and the harder it is to resolve the underlying issues.
I did the total ignore thing and it only ended up making things worse - so when I strongly, urgently suggest X to you its because I know exactly how this ends - and my friend, it does not end well.
