When that screen opens, on the top left you will see some stats, which includes your local time. If the time is off, then your forum clock is off. My profile shows the time as 10:28 <<< It's mine!

@CellarDweller you need to make sure your local timezone settings are correct... the default for old site members is set to the UK - GMT!
