NTACB those are good ideas, but the pain could also be stress related. Some relaxation exercises might help

NTACB we were woken by a fire alarm in our complex last night which kept coming back on for an hour. The false alarm came on for a technical problem with the Alarm system. To top it off, our water is turned off until 5 pm today
