the first three are all good things , because they mean that your crush/brother/best friend have all succeeded and done really well
but pictures of people on milk cartons are pretty much always "missing person" pictures , so your ex's photo being on one means he/she is missing/dead

and know that milk cartons in america usually have missing person pictures on them . i don't think that happens in the uk though ...
