I only do healthy cooking as long as it doesn't mess up the taste like whole milk tastes better than low fat so I use whole and lard makes the best pie crust so I use lard so date or hate?

Date, in fact Lard has less saturated fat than butter so it would actually be healthier than butter or shortening pie crusts. People are way too critical of lard. It's not evil, it just sounds obese. Laaaard.
