I am on a kick opposing the use of genetically modified foods. Date or Hate?

Hate.
You would be hard pressed to find a food today that has not been genetically modified.
While some taste experts have said they find food grown in non-pesticide crops taste better, people have found no difference in the taste of genetically modified foods.
I have seen no conclusive evidence genetically modified food causes health problems. For the assertion that genetically modified foods have caused an increase in allergies, mental deposits, etc, that may have increased with an increase of genetically modified foods, I will have to see more controlled studies, ruling out more variables (increase in pesticides, plastics, lead, etc that may have increased along with genetically modified foods).
