Just realised after wearing my first proper pair of shorts in years that I don't have the skinny chicken legs that I had when I was younger anymore and now I don't feel so self-conscious D/H?

It's an app where you do fourteen different 30 second exercises with a short rest inbetween. It's good, I enjoy it. I hate the gym because it's just s big room of people exercising, it's got nothing I like there, it's such a forced, uncomfortable environment for me.
