ummm .. the city where i live in is in fact almost always on red alert, it has been, ever since colonial times.. the spanish heavily defended this city against asiatic moors because of its strategic location on local trade routes .. this city is known for bomb scares and shit .. just last 2013 we were under siege from a muslim faction of rebels who desired to emancipate mindanao from the local gov't ..
