With the exception of my partner, my closest friends are all female - and almost everyone of them is hot, sexy, cute, etc. Why are gay men so attracted to females in general? BECAUSE THERE IS NO PRETENSE OR EXPECTATION OF SEX. That's what my gal-pals say when asked about having a gay man as a best friend. We talk about EVERYTHING - from tv shows to sex, to relationships to family issues. We've all seen each other naked (getting dressed to go out on the town), seen each other's x-rated pics and it's just so nice to be that open with my female friends and know it's NOT about US having sex.

So, don't worry that you're attracted to a gal - you're gay so it's not like you want to jump her bones. It's also normal to find a woman sexy and attractive - beauty is beauty. It's not an indication of a change in your orientation.

i really wish that people (not everyone , obviously) would realize that it is perfectly possible to be a gay man without having to point out what you hate (or find hilarious looking) about women .
i don't find men attractive , but i don't point out everything that i think is wrong with the male appearance all the time .
