I just wanted to say its summer

It is winter here, dark, dreary... we have been having a string of winter rain storms plowing into us for what feels like a century. The lack of real sunlight, bright sunlight has me sinking into a deep dark depression.

typically this time of year there are sufficient days of bright sunlight that I can go outside and at the very least sit in the sun and absorb some joy. This year the sun appears to have broken its contract with me.

I hate summer. Winter is great - dark, depressing, sleepy.
Or maybe that's just because I live in India - summer here is like being stuck in a huge microwave for months.

what a wicked sense of humor you have :biggrin: I almost fell on the ice-covered pavement on my way home. I wonder why my porch is full of snow in the middle of summer. Someone's made a mistake here :biggrin:
