Josef Stalin told his guards under no circumstances were they to go into his private bed chamber. One day, Stalin decided to test his guards resilience, by screaming in great agony. His guards, loyally came to their master's aid, and Stalin had them put to death. One day he actually did have a paralyzing seizure. They didn't come, leaving Stalin in his quarters to suffer with no medical treatment. After the seizure, eventually a deputy commander went inside and found him there semiconscious, and Stalin died within a week.
