you can't teach homosexuality ...

if people started trying to teach kids / teens to be gay , then in my opinion that's just as bad as trying to convert a gay person into being straight .

Maybe John meant that we should teach kids that it's all right for a boy to love a boy and a girl to love a girl. That lesson is not yet much taught and things like Section 28 didn't do much to further that cause or that topic of education.
