On our family vacation my aunts room had a shower with two heads on the side one in the usual spot and another huge one abovd, she said it was like taking a bath even though you'r not in the tub:O that's my dream shower now.

how can you wash yourself properly if you only face one way?

That being said always face away from the shower when washing my hair, safer that way with the chemicals.
