New years resolutions are more likely to fail compared to resolutions made on any other day of the year.
So i'm going to make Jan 2nd resolutions tomorrow.

quit smoking or cut down, managed to stop last year but started again stressful time but this year i will .
get out more have some fun .
go to gym before work .

learn to eat like a normal person
stay out of hospital , except when taking my girlfriend for baby appointments ~
try and remain relatively healthy after baby is born so that he/she doesn't pick up weird horrible habits and end up a bit crazy / sick
