Paint an old flower / maize meal bag in green, red and yellow, in no particular order or pattern, and put it over your hair.

Tie it on with a hemp chord, hang some red and yellow beads on the ends of the chord.

Grab a substantial amount of "green herb" and smoke for 5 days solid
Never worry again about anything to do with your hair, washing, cutting, nothing.
