Tonight my pumpkin turns into a carriage and I will be leaving Mirkwood CaElfornia forever.
I know a lot of you think 'Wow that's fast'. What few of you know is that Blue and I have been at this whole deep friendship thing for several months. We liked each other a lot right from the start, and as friends we discovered we have a lot of similarities, and we mesh well where needed.
Through the months I revealed things from my past to him, the ugly stuff, the horror-show that no one else knows. He did the same in kind. Not only does he accept my past, but he has enough experiences to understand how that past affects me and why I am the way I am in so many areas.
About a month and a half after my 'blow up' with my ex - I realized that the reason why it didn't hurt that much and why I really wasn't as angry is that my ex and I have only been going through the motions of a 'relationship' for years. I still love him, but I haven't been in love with him for a very long time.
Blue and I are a bit more realistic than what may appear on the surface. Its not like we are acting like high-school kids (much, feels like it at times). We pounded out the practical details.
We fell in love with each others minds, hearts and souls first. This isn't two horny kids falling after a quick night of sex.
Anyway.
The trip back to our home will take 2-4 days depending on how long we decide to make it.
Expect me to be off line maybe a week, possibly two....
