Kallhs tyxhs (of good luck/fortune) pronounced as Kah-lee-is tea-his

Good luck= Kalh tyxh (kah-lee tea-he)

About nipping and tucking: In English they say Plastic surgery, in French "chirurgie esthétique". What's that in Greek? and also... Any time = tipota???

In Greek you'll just say:
Plastic = Plastikh
or
plastiki xeirourgikh = plastic surgery

Any time = Opotedipote maybe...

Tipota = Nothing
but very often it's used the same way as we use
Parakalo = You're welcome... when someone says thanks.

When someone is visiting,
"Welcome!" = Kalos irthes

You can say in a romantic or appreciative way You are amazing = Eisai iperoxos pronounced E-seh e-peh-roh-hos to a guy.

to a girl : Eisai iperoxi (correct spelling: yperoxh) pronounced as E-seh e-peh-roh-he
