if it hurts while wearing a condom you are either using the wrong size or not enough lube or you might have a latex allergy and need to try a different type.

Personally, stranger tops would wear rubber if they top me. In an honest and open relationship with previous lovers, we never wore protection after having been tested negative for months. As a top, I can't enjoy it if I wear condoms.
