I was cleaning out the cellar (I fear this years man failed again - sad story - least ways the villagers didn't get all up and arms and try to burn things down this time) Any who - I was cleaning out the cellar and found one of these:



I believe it is a hose bib/ exterior faucet protector, you put it over the faucet/bib and lock it to keep people from stealing water. Its for the next person - use it in good health.

My gift is an 18 hole round of golf in freezing bloody conditions. (I did this!)
