What book are you reading now?
I haven't finished American Gods yet, but you should re-read it again ;]

I'm still making my way into reading his other works, but Neverwhere is next on my
list..!

I think I may, thanks.

I remember reading that scene when I was 14 or 15, and I don't tend to tell many people that I was scared by the image of an evil man-eating vagina... you know, so as to avoid giving those pesky "being gay's a choice" people any ammunition in their arguments.

But now, with a few more years behind me, I think I may be able to handle it.

The imagery gets a bit better at some point in the book ;]

Reading Asimov's Foundation for the umpteenth time, and simultaneously reading Philip K Dick's Ubik for the second time. The first time I read Ubik was only two weeks ago, and it had one of the most phenomenal endings of any fiction I have ever read.

jstonegate Wrote:I currently finished up The Velvet Rage by Allan Downs. I must say for a book about the gay-psychology it's a perfect fit. I really enjoyed his analysis of how gay's grow up, I'd recommend it to anyone that has an interest in psychology.

I read The Velvet Rage on my kindle, it was an interesting read and I related to a lot of it.

I'm currently reading this book called Chocolates for Breakfast, and also this other one called Violin by Anne Rice.

noice!

I love P.k.Dicks stuff

Asimov is great, but I sometimes struggle to get in the moment. No doubt it is fantastic though.

I was reading Rapture from the Fallen Series (I'm such a sucker for bad teenage romance novels)
But then I lost it while I was cleaning so either I'm going to chill and wait for it to appear, or I'm going to get a new book and read it while I wait for Rapture to appear XD Either way I'm not really going to look for it since I know if I look for it, I won't find it *nods*

I'm trying to find a book that suits my mood...Either I'll restart one of my Kindle books (I find it harder to read anything via Kindle to be entirely honest...) or I'll hop over to the bookstore and browse the discount bookshelves for something in my budget that interests me.
Or I'll work on my own books! I need to get cracking on them...
