How and when do you come out?

Any time is the right time. It won't just happen until you make it happen. The first step is deciding you want to come out to your parents.

I just came out as bi to my friends and family a few months ago, at age 48. I was still nervous about telling my mom about my new bf. My 85 yr old mother responded with, "Oh, I'm glad you found someone you feel special about. Is there snow on the roads there?" Not an issue for her!

Good luck with your process and your parents.

By all means tell your Ex girlfriend , as for your parents , you will know when the time is right.
Only come out to them if you feel comfortable doing so.
