I don't think it's just this day and age. Maybe for siblings, it wouldn't, and possibly shouldn't even be a problem, but if you have their father there, who is responsible, sexually, for their genesis, then there's an obvious sexual dynamic that you can't really do away with.

In my family, we keep our clothes on all the time, but when I was a teenager, I had a friend whose father used to walk around the house naked (not when I was there) and it used to drive him (my friend) nuts. He used to go on and on about how much he hated it, and it obviously disturbed him enormously.
