Ohh I'm sure she can still give a good probing.

And wow sorry to hear it! My friend's mam has that (if I remember correctly).
How did you find out? Why did you go to the doctor?

I hope it all turns out well. Confusedmile:

I guess, Wilem, that if your heart is beating more wildly at times and you feel it going too slowly at times, and mainly if you hear your heart while lying down, then you are suffering from some form of blood pressure problem. It could be something to do with no getting enough sleep, having too much pressure at work... etc... it can surely be treated quite simply, especially if it isn't a genetic condition. Homoeopathy is sometimes a good way of remedying it. If not, good ole drugs... but it can take time finding the right dosage.

Ohh I've just always regarded as a problem that's picked up as a result of a patient going to the doctors complaining of light headedness, or fainting, rather than having noticed an irregular heartbeat...

I dont know much about your condition but before delving into any drug therapy or letting them cut you up (I am sure that it wont come to that)...

Make sure that you do a lot of research and that you get a number of different opinions and ask plenty of questions.

Good luck and stay healthy.

p.s. MedHelp.org has an excellent forum. I go there with my Hep C questions and am always amazed with the level of discussion there.

Okay, so, just spoke to the doc.

My test results came back fine, so that means that its not because of a deficiency or incorrect organ functioning; its definitely my heart.

I'm going to the hospital for a 24hour ECG on the 19th and then after that we'll know what exactly is going on.

Hospitals always have that really hot doctor don't they?
Let's just hope he don't pay you a visit while hooked up to your ECG... might see some abnormal heart activity as he leans over to check things haha. Good luck!! x

On the other hand, Carl, if that hospital doctor is a woman, like his GP??? Maybe not much activity going on heartwise or elsewise...
Hope you get better soon, Rowan. Confusedmile: You might find that giving up smoking helps...
