I tend to diet more efficiently if i track what i eat, how many calories and track exercise at the gym. i am using a free iPhone app "myFitnessPal" and aside from being a free application seems to work ok. I select from a list of foods I have eaten or scan a bare code in. It tracks the protein, carbs, etc from that list
-it is not very interactive on the exercise front, i re started going to the gym and the application dosnt track the additional calories (like 600) i use up at the gym
-the user interface has a cluttered look and not self evident.
it is free tho, has anyone found a better situation?
