I know you're looking for comedies, but im surprised no one has recommended The Walking Dead. Well I guess I will then.
It starts out alright, but it really picks up after the first episode. Two seasons are on Netflix, they will release the third around October I think

How about canadian sketch comedy? My hands down favorite tv show of all time was Kids in the Hall and I've heard its on netflix.

X-tube and Rockettube has lots of free movies. Most are pretty lame, b-rated, hardly no plot and the actors are pretty bad..
