OK. Manual or electric? I use a Braun electric (a present from my dentist) that advises me when two minutes is up.

While we're on the subject, how manhy times a day do you brush your teeth and for how long. I? Minimum of three times and for two minutes each time.

Not really, it's more messy when I floss though.

I always brush softly with a soft bristle brush like my dentist told me. She told me to massage the area around the gums with a circular motion.

I brush two times a day and maybe floss once a week (i know I should floss more...) and always for about 1-2 minutes. I don't like to use electric anymore, it's just too fiddly. I'm a bit scared of stripping my enamel with over zealous brushing.

I can't sleep if I don't brush my teeth. In fact I can't sleep ir relax if I don't feel completely clean. I always jump out of bed realising i hven't brushed my teeth when I'm having trouble getting to sleep. xD
